SAWGBP has partnered with Macadams Baking Systems Ltd of South Africa to supply mobile container bakeries. The use of prefabricated fully equipped bakeries will be cost effective and create a model easily repeatable in different parts of South Africa and beyond.

The SAWGBP intends to initially fund the container bakeries through private investment, grants, and in-kind donations. In time it is envisioned that the bakeries will be self-sufficient and income generating. Sales from the bakeries directly to consumers will contribute to the self sufficiency of the business. Distribution of the bakery products to hospices, local HIV/Aids programs, orphanages and supported schools will be subsidized in order to provide nutritional bread products to these underserved populations.
